There are just five games on the NBA schedule for Tuesday, but they all feature plenty of talent. Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers (-6.5) host a Boston Celtics team without Kyrie Irving. Elsewhere, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers (-5) head to Atlanta to battle energizing rookie Trae Young and the Hawks, and Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors (-9) host Donovan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz. Fans across the nation will be placing wagers on all these showdowns, but if you’re feeling truly bold this Tuesday, SportsLine handicapper Adam Thompson is going huge, putting together a three-team parlay of best bets that could return a massive 6-1 payout. If you risk $100, it would return $600. If you go big, it could make your Tuesday night a memorable one.

Thompson, who covered major sports for 20 years as a writer and columnist before joining SportsLine, cites deeply-researched stats and trends you haven’t considered to build his win streaks. He enters Tuesday on a sizzling 45-31 run on NBA picks against the spread, earning more than $1,000 to $100 bettors in a short amount of time. His three selections for Tuesday are locked in and available exclusively at SportsLine.

We’ll give one key part of the parlay away: Thompson is backing the Grizzlies as a four-point home underdog against the Spurs

The Grizzlies (23-34) are ahead of only the lowly Suns in the Western Conference standings, but they’ve been on a roll lately, winners of three of four. That includes holding Anthony Davis and the Pelicans to a season-low 90 points in a 99-90 home win on Saturday, the first since trading All-Star center Marc Gasol to the Raptors

The Spurs (32-26) sit in the No. 7 spot in the West, but their hold on any position in the NBA playoff bracket is tenuous. San Antonio has lost four straight by an average of 20.6 points has failed to cover against the spread in seven in a row.

Memphis’ offense ranks dead-last in the NBA, but San Antonio’s defense has allowed at least 125 points in each of the four games on their road trip. “The Grizzlies’ last five home games have resulted in a win or a single-possession loss,” Thompson told SportsLine. “Their offense is bottom of the barrel, but the defense is effective and the Spurs are lost in a funk.” Confidently lock in the Grizzlies into your parlay and you could be well on your way to a colossal payoff.

Thompson has also identified a key injury in another Tuesday night game that’s caused him to jump all over one side of the spread. Find out which team it is, and everything else you need to know to complete your NBA parlay selections, over at SportsLine.
